KEARNEY, Neb. (KGFW) – City news release: The City of Kearney announces that the Kearney Area Solid Waste Agency Landfill, located at 6711 West 56th Street, will be closed for the remainder of the day on April 30 effective
immediately due to a fire on the property. Regular hours will resume on Friday, May 1, 2020.
We urge citizens to stay away from the area and use caution as fire trucks are in the area.
