GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KGFW) – Fonner Park announced Friday Elite Casino Resorts, of Riverside, IA, as the horse track’s casino operating partner. Fonner Park said in a news release issued at the 10:30am press conference that it had met with seven other candidates before making the selection. The search began after voters approved expanded gambling in November.
