39 year old Erika Vargas of grand island was sentenced yesterday to ten years in federal prison for distribution of meth. Following the ten years, Vargas will also serve eight years of supervised release.

In May of 2019 Vargas was contacted by an informant working with law enforcement to make a purchase of Methamphetamine. Vargas spoke to her supplier after about the purchase.
