On Tuesday June 14, Nebraska State Troopers arrested Polly Olson, 59, for unlawful taking after an investigation revealed Olson used the Deuel County credit card for personal purchases worth more than $18,000.
The matter was referred to NSP by the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office. Investigators gathered information that led to Olson, who serves as the Deuel County Clerk.
An arrest warrant was issued June 14, shortly after Olson was arrested without incident. Olson was lodged in Garden County Jail.
