After winning victory for the 1st congressional seat, Mike Flood’s former seat of District 19 is now taking applications.
Gov Pete Ricketts announced Wednesday he is seeking qualified applicants to fill the vacancy.
Applications to fill the seat will be accepted immediately until 5pm Friday July 8. Applicants must have lived in the district for at least a year, registered to vote, and 21.
District 19 represents Madison and southern of Pierce county.
