Authorities arrested a man suspected to be involved in a boat shooting that killed a man.
Lancaster County Sheriffs arrested suspect 22 year old Taban Rik on charges of first degree murder Saturday.
On July 19 at Branched Oak Lake, 42-year-old Benjamin J. Case was killed after a man walked on a boat and shot him. Four other people on the boat jumped in the water and were uninjured.
The incident is still under investigation.
