The Two Rivers Public Health Department reported a positive for West Nile in Dawson County after testing mosquitoes.
West Nile can spread person to person after being bitten by a infected mosquito.
Only about 2 out 10 people will develop symptoms which can include fever, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea or a rash.
