A Cozad Man involved in July’s Paradise city shooting was arrested. 24-year-old Corey Brestal was arrested Tuesday for possession of a defaced firearm and concealed weapons.
On July 31 a fight ensued between two motorcycle gangs outside at paradise city, resulting in one man, 29 year-old Richard Rios of Texas to be shot.
Brestel transported Rios to a hospital whose vehicle was later impounded. A vehicle search revealed three loaded guns in Brestels car.
Brestel was arrested Tuesday and is on a $2,500 bond.
