A Wood river man has died from injuries following a crash on Wednesday’s.
On Wednesday, a pickup driven by 91-year-old Richard Ogden, pulled on HWY 30 after stopping at a stop sign and collided with a sedan.
Ogden was transported to a hospital but developed complications and died. The driver of the sedan was uninjured and only had minor injuries.
An investigation is ongoing, however, Grand Island Police Captain Jim Duering says there may be no charges as there is no evidence of speeding by the sedan.
