Scott Matthew Simmons age 42, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Scott Lee Meyer age 33, of Grand Island, Nebraska, are charged in an eight-count Indictment.
Simmons and Meyer are charged with conspiracy to produce child pornography, production of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and commit crimes while on the sex-offender registry.
The indictment indicates the crimes occurred between 2018 and Aug 2022
