A Shelby man has been referred after ramming a police vehicle.
33-year-old Anthony Mattison was referred for attempted second-degree assault on a police officer, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, and other charges.
On Saturday, September 24th, Mattison was pulled over by a GIPD officer near Walmart on South Locust street. When the officer attempted to contact the vehicle, Mattison reversed his vehicle into the front of the police cruiser, before driving off.
