This weekend all members of the public have an opportunity to attend a free Mental Health First Aid Training event.
The session will be on October, 8 from 9am to 4pm in the Ockinga Conference Room on The University of Nebraska at Kearney campus.

Sign in is at 8:40-9 am and the session begins at 9:00 am.
The training will teach participants:
- How to identify and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders
- Learn the skills you need to reach out and provide help and support
- Get a 3-year Certification of Completion to add to your resume
