Nebraska State Patrol investigators have identified the body of a deceased individual that was found east of Harvard earlier this week.
Investigators say the body belongs to Jasmine Garnett, 25, of Columbus, who was reported missing since September 16.
Garnett’s body was located Wednesday morning by a person working around the area on Road 3195 in Clay County.
The discovery was reported to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, who requested the NSP to investigate the incident.
The case is being investigation as a homicide.
