Nebraska State Patrol Troopers have arrested two following a pursuit that crossed three counties Monday.
At 9:30pm Monday, a trooper observed a vehicle speeding on I-80 near the 56th interchange in Lincoln. The trooper attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle began to flee.
The pursuit reached speeds over 100 miles per hour and went through Saunders and Butler counties before finally stopping near Brainard on Highway 92.
The driver, 22-year-old Than Tun and 21-year-old Kyaw Wah of Omaha were arrested on multiple charges, including possession of burglary tools, open alcohol container, and numerous traffic violations.
