An Exeter man was sentenced to seven years on child pornography charges Friday.
42-year-old Spencer Lile was sentenced in federal court to seven years in prison. After serving his time, Lile will serve a 5 year supervised release. In addition to prison time, Lile was ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution.
In August of last year, Lile was arrested on theft and drug charges. A search warrant was issued for Lile’s cellphone related to the theft offenses, and upon searching the phone, over 300 videos of child pornography were found on the device.
