The City of Kearney Public Works announces that on Monday, October 31, 2022, and Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, North Railroad Street from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue will be closed to through traffic.
The purpose of the closure is for lighting infrastructure upgrades on the Second Avenue overpass.
Work is weather dependent.
Citizens should plan to use an alternate route during these time frames.
