A San Francisco man was sentenced to over a decade in prison on drug charges.
Ricardo Jiminez-Noveno, 29, of San Francisco, California, was sentenced to a term of 156 months in prison for possession of 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana with intent to distribute. After serving the sentence, Noveno will serve a five-year supervised release.
On November 4th, 2021, Jiminez-Noveno and two others were traveling on Interstate 80 near Grand Island when they were stopped by an NSP State Trooper for speeding. Upon approaching the vehicle, the trooper detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Upon searching the car, multiple pounds of cocaine, marijuana, and meth were found.
