Several businesses are displaying Giving Trees this holiday season and community members will have the opportunity to support the S.A.F.E Center.
Giving Trees will be adorned in ornaments that will display the many needs for additional gifts and ongoing needs for the center. Community members are encouraged to take an ornament, fulfill the need by purchasing the listed item and returning it the same location or to the S.A.F.E Center.
Items are asked to be returned by December 16 to allow time for distribution to families.
Giving Trees can be located at Kearney Midway Chevrolet Buick GMC at 515 2nd Avenue East, Innovative RX Compounding Pharmacy at 416 W. 48th Street Suite 20, at The S.A.F.E. Center office at 620 E. 25th, Suite 14 and the Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege.
Other ways to support the S.A.F.E. Center includes donating needed items from the center’s wishlist found at safecenter.org, financial donations, or donating to the center through Give Where You Live December 1 at Give Where You Live
