On Wednesday November 30, North Railroad Street from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue will be closed to through traffic beginning 8:30am.
The closure is for lighting infrastructure upgrades on the Second Avenue overpass.
Work is weather dependent and will run until 4pm Wednesday.
Citizens should plan to use an alternative route.
