Alcohol inspections were held in Scotts Bluff and Lincoln Counties earlier this month.
On Friday, Nebraska State Patrol conducted inspections at 12 businesses in Lincoln County. Three of the business sold alcohol to a minor, for a compliance rate of 75%. All businesses checked ID.
Scotts Bluff inspections took place Saturday, with investigators testing 79 businesses. Of those, five sold to a minor leading to a compliance rate of 94%. The five businesses that sold alcohol to a minor also failed to check IDs.
