The executive order waiving regulations for truckers hauling fuels has been extended.
Yesterday, LT. Governor Mike Foley signed an executive order to extend the waived regulations to help with regional fuel shortages. The order allows drivers to work extended hours to haul gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, ethanol, and other petroleum fuel products.
The order was effective immediately and will remain in effect until December 31st, 2022.
