A Friday crash between two vehicles in Kearney County sent one to the hospital.
At around 8 pm Friday, Kearney County Sheriff’s were called to the junction of Highway 6 and Highway 44 on a report of an accident. Upon arrival, officers found that an SUV driven by 60-year-old Patrick Murphy of Holdredge was traveling west on Highway 6 when it hit another vehicle. Murphy’s vehicle rolled before coming to a stop.
The driver of the other vehicle, 46-year-old Lisa Stone of Naponee was taken to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
