A Texas teen charged with the murder of his mother could be extradited this month.
Tyler Roenz, 18, is scheduled to appear in court on January 18th to find out if he will be returning to Texas where he faces murder, tampering with evidence, and other charges. Roenz is also facing a fugitive from justice charge in Nebraska.
In October, Nebraska State Troopers were notified of a vehicle involved in a homicide from Texas that may be traveling through Nebraska. Troopers located the suspected vehicle near Alda, where they found Michelle Roenz’s body in the trunk.
