A Colorado teen was arrested following an overnight pursuit Tuesday.
On Tuesday at 12:40 a.m., a westbound Subaru was seen speeding in I-80 at over 100 miles per hour near Gretna.
A trooper attempted a traffic stop on the speeding vehicle, however the driver refused to yield and increased their speed. A pursuit was initiated.
The speeding Subaru continued westbound on I-80 until their engine failed, which brought the vehicle to a stop.
The driver, an 18-year-old Colorado male, was taken into custody on willful reckless driving and flight to avoid arrest.
He was lodged in Sarpy County Jail.
