Nebraska State Patrol, with assistance from Grand Island Police, arrested a Grand Island man for possession of child pornography following an child exploitation investigation.
In 2022, NSP launched an investigation into a Google Drive account after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The Drive contained images of child pornography.
Further investigation led NSP to perform a search warrant on a residence on the 900 block of west 16th street in Grand Island. The search revealed numerous images of child pornography.
After obtaining an arrest warrant Tuesday Grand Island Police arrested Slevin Sanchez, 33, on multiple counts of possession of child pornography. He was lodged in Hall County Jail.
