Kearney Public Schools announces that all events scheduled in district facilities Wednesday night and Thursday morning are cancelled due to inclement weather.
Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for Wednesday from 4 p.m.- 9 p.m. will be rescheduled for Monday, February 20 from 4 p.m.- 9 p.m.
The storm is expected to begin in the Tri-City area near noon and continue through the day. Winds are expected to range between 30-40 miles per hour.
Those traveling to state wrestling and other destinations during this week are encourage to travel safely.
