A missing elderly Aurora couple has been located deceased in Buffalo County.
According to a news release, on Saturday March 11, at 3:15 p.m. a concerned citizen called the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office about a vehicle stuck on minimum maintenance road north of 100th and Keystone Road.
Upon arrival deputies were able to locate the vehicle, which matched the vehicle description of missing couple Robert and Loveda Proctor.
After further investigation of the area deputies located two deceased adults, identified as Robert and Loveda Proctor.
Foul play is not suspected.
Autopsies have been ordered by the Buffalo County Attorney’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing, and includes the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office, Aurora Police Department, and Kearney Police Department.
