The City of Kearney Public Works Department on behalf of Nebraska Public Power District announces that beginning Monday, March 20, 2023 NPPD will begin overhead electrical power improvements on A Avenue between 24th and 25th Streets.
The roadway will be fully closed on Tuesday, March 21 and is expected to be completed by Thursday, March 23.
The roadway will be reopened to traffic at that time.
Citizens will need to use an alternate route during this time period.
