The final pieces of the “We Stayed” sculpture at the Great Platte River Archway Monument have been dedicated.
The pieces, two plow horses, are the final parts of the seven-piece sculpture, created by Nebraska artist Dr. David Biehl.
“We Stayed” depicts, and dedicates the families of Nebraska homesteaders in the 1880s. Visitors can see the sculptures at The Archway, at 3060 E. 1st Street in Kearney.
