One is in custody after the NSP SWAT Team was deployed in Minden Thursday.
At around 8:20 pm, the NSP Swat Team was activated for an incident in Minden where a woman had brandished a firearm and made threatening statements towards the Kearney County Courthouse.
The courthouse was evacuated, and SWAT attempted to communicate with the subject in their Minden apartment.
Shortly after midnight, SWAT deployed chemical munitions into the apartment and the subject exited the residence before being taken into custody.
There were no injuries in the incident.
