The Grand Island business owner of Monument Advisors is being held on a no bond in Missouri before being extradited to Nebraska.
According to court documents, Kelli Lepler, 45, pleaded not guilty to one county of being a fugitive from out of state.
Lepler was ordered to be held without bond after the court ruled on reasonable grounds that Lepler would not appear on summons, and “is a danger to the crime victim, the community or another person.”
A bond reduction hearing is scheduled for Thursday July 20.
Lepler currently faces 43 charges of theft by deception in Hall County.
