The owner of Monument Advisors in Grand Island is now in Hall County jail.
According to the Hall County inmate list, Kelli Lepler, 45, was booked into Hall County Jail Tuesday evening.
Lepler faces over 40 counts of theft by deception, upon not fulfilling headstone orders. Lepler was arrested and held with no bond in Missouri, before being extradited to Nebraska.
