A second Colorado Board of Regents meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 5 p.m. ET, and it’s possible that CU submits an official application to join the Big 12 following that meeting should the regents vote to depart the Pac-12.

The US drew with the Netherlands 1-1 overnight in Wellington, New Zealand.

The draw meant neither team earned a spot in the knockout round yet. The United States and the Netherlands are tied atop the Group E standings, but the Americans have the edge, 4-2 in goals scored so far this tournament.

LEBRON SENDS THANKS AFTER SONS CARDIAC ARREST MONDAY

LOS ANGELES (AP) — LeBron James said his family is “safe and healthy” three days after his oldest son, Bronny, went into cardiac arrest.

The top scorer in NBA history posted the message of thanks on social media Thursday. Bronny, his 18-year-old son, was hospitalized Monday morning after a basketball practice with his team at the University of Southern California.
