KEARNEY — Citizens should be advised that the reconstruction of the 21st Street and 1st Avenue intersection has been completed and will reopen on Wednesday, Oct. 25.
As part of the reconstruction project, the four-way flashing stop lights have been removed and the intersection will now be controlled with an all-way stop sign configuration.
The intersection will operate in this manner moving forward.
Citizens are urged to be aware of other vehicles and pedestrians as this intersection reopens under the all-way stop sign configuration.
