KEARNEY — Two shows for the 2024 Buffalo County Fair were announced on Monday, Nov 13.
The first show will be on Friday, July 26 and will feature 38 Special with a special guest to be announced.
The other show will be on Saturday, July 27 and will feature Cole Swindell with Greylan James.
The Fan Club presale will be Nov. 15 at 8 a.m. through Nov. 17 at 9 a.m. General sale will be Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.
38 Special was formed by singer-guitarists Donnie Van Zant and Don Barnes in Jacksonville, Fla., in 1974.
They are best known for their early 1980s hit songs, including “Hold On Loosely” and “Caught Up in You”, along with various other Top 40 hits on the US Billboard Hot 100 in the 1980s and early 1990s, including “Rockin’ into the Night” and “You Keep Runnin’ Away”.
Cole Swindell has as released thirteen singles, eight of which have reached number one on the Hot Country Songs and/or Country Airplay charts. Three more singles have reached the Top 10.
