KEARNEY – Kearney High School Athletics welcomed a new sport into the fold yesterday, as the inaugural season of the Bearcat Bowling program had its first home event Tuesday afternoon in a girls and boys dual hosting Arapahoe.
The Bearcats split the day with the Warriors, dropping the girls contest 14-7 but handling the boys matchup 19-2.
Kearney is back in action today heading to Grand Island at the Westside Lanes for the rescheduled Grand Island invite.
