Centennial Conference
HASTINGS – The semifinals are now set for tonight and tomorrow for girls and boys action in the Centennial Conference Basketball tournament.
All semifinal and championship games will be played at Hastings St. Cecilia High School beginning on Thursday, Jan. 25 for the girls semifinals. Boys semifinal games will start on Friday, Jan. 26 and championship games for both brackets will take place on Saturday, Jan. 27.
The girls semifinal matchups include No. 1 GICC taking on the host site, No. 5 Hastings St. Cecilia, tonight at 5:30 PM. No. 3 Bishop Neumann will face No. 2 Lincoln Christian at 7:15 PM.
Friday’s boys semifinal matchups include No. 1. Bishop Neumann taking on No. 4 Archbishop-Bergan at 5:30 PM and No. 3 Lincoln Lutheran facing No. 2 Omaha Concordia at 7:15 PM.
Championship contests will tipoff at 4 PM and 5:15 PM for the boys and girls respectively.
Consolation games are also taking place today for both boys and girls, as the Kearney Catholic girls travel to Fremont-Bergan for a 6 PM tipoff, while the Stars boys team heads to David-City Aquinas for a 7:15 PM start.
