KEARNEY — The City of Kearney is pleased to announce the launch of TextMyGov Text Alerts, a new mobile text messaging notification service that will provide residents with important updates and alerts in the area.
The goal of this program is to keep citizens informed about what is happening in our community.
For 24/7 assistance, residents now have the ability to text keywords to (308) 234-3422 for immediate assistance using Smart Texting Technology. Residents can also sign up for text alerts at any time by opting into any of the following notification lists:
- For Press Release Alerts, text “KEARNEYPRESSRELEASES” to 91896.
- For Snow Emergency Alerts, text “KEARNEYSNOW” to 91896.
- For KPR Weather Notifications, text “KEARNEYWEATHER” to 91896.
- For KPR Field Conditions, text “KPRFIELDCONDITIONS” to 91896.
