NSAA Soccer // Central Nebraska Today
NEBRASKA – The 2024 NSAA Girls and Boys soccer districts have been released for Class A postseason play beginning with play-in games on Saturday.
The Kearney High Girls (13-2) are set to host the A-5 District and await the winner of the No. 4 Lincoln Northeast/No. 5 Omaha Northwest matchup for Monday, April 29 at Kearney High School. The other semifinal matchup features No. 3 Papillion-LaVista South visiting No. 2 Millard West.
The Bearcat Boys (11-5) are the No. 2 seed in the A-5 District hosted by No. 1 Millard West (12-4). Kearney hosts No. 3 Columbus (7-7) at Kearney High School on Monday for the semifinal matchup.
Grand Island’s boys soccer team (6-8) is the No. 3 seed in the A-1 District, and will travel to No. 2 Lincoln East for a Tuesday tilt. The top seed overall is Lincoln Southwest.
