Aurora man arrested after search warrant uncovers meth, fentanyl, firearms

AURORA — An Aurora man was arrested a search warrant executed on a residence uncovered methamphetamine, fentanyl and several firearms.

According to a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies severed a search warrant in the 500 block of 14th St. in Aurora.

While executing the warrant, 16.6 grams of methamphetamine, 1.9 grams of fentanyl and five firearms were discovered.

Deputies arrested Gordon Spencer, 54, of Aurora for possession of methamphetamine, possession of an exceptionally hazardous drug, possession of a firearm during the commission of felony and no drug tax stamp.

The Aurora Police Department assisted with the warrant and arrest.
