GRAND ISLAND — An exciting new chapter kicks off this weekend in Grand Island as the first-ever Grand Island Area Farmer’s Market opens for business!

The market starts on Saturday, June 1 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Bosselman Enterprises Parking lot on South Locust Street just east of Starbucks and will run from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. each Saturday through the summer. There are a total of 37 vendors committed to the first weekend, with the potential for 40-50 vendors by the end of the season.
