ARKANSAS – The Kearney Misko Sports Seniors began their long trek to Arkansas with a split Thursday at the Chad Wolf Classic.
After falling to Tulsa’s BBA Titans 9-1, Kearney then defeated the Arkansas Prospects 7-1, featuring a complete game effort from Derrick Nonhof allowing no earned runs with five strikeouts.
Today, the seniors will face Inside Edge of Kansas City at 8:30.
Meanwhile in South Dakota, the Post 52 Pinnacle Bank Juniors won in Rapid City over Post 22 7-1 in their opening game. Their schedule will be announced later today.
