GRAND ISLAND — A man was arrested in Grand Island after threatening to stab his upstairs neighbors with a knife on Monday, July 8.

According to the Grand Island Police Department, at 11:10 p.m. officers were dispatched to W. 12th St. due to a report of a weapons offense.

Arriving at the scene, two homeowners of the residence advised that an argument began between them and Rolando Aguilera Saborit, who was currently renting the downstairs room of the residence.

During the argument, the homeowners advised that Saborit would retrieve a kitchen knife from a drawer and threaten to stab both of them.
