KEARNEY — Buffalo County sample ballots for the November 5, 2024 general election are now available for viewing at https://www.votercheck.necvr.ne.gov/VoterView.
An information packet on Nebraska’s five initiatives is available to be picked up at the Buffalo County Election Office located at 1512 Central
Ave, Kearney NE 68847 or can be viewed online at Buffalo County:
Election Commission (ne.gov) under Election Information.
Early voting in person runs Oct. 7 to Nov. 4, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mon-Fri at the Buffalo County Election Office.
The Courthouse will be closed Oct. 14, 2024 for Columbus Day.
Polling sites will be open Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voters needing to update their name, address or party affiliation prior to voting may do so online through Oct. 18, 2024 by using Nebraska Secretary of State – Voter Registration Portal. Voter information updates will be accepted in person until 6 p.m. Oct. 25, 2024 at the Buffalo County Election Office.
