KEARNEY — Kearney High School is excited to announce its annual Senior Night Football Game on Friday, Oct. 18, at the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Foster Field.
The Bearcats will take on the Columbus Discoverers in this highly anticipated matchup.
Prior to the game, the evening will honor Kearney High School’s senior football players and band members. Senior recognition will occur at 6:30 p.m., when students will be announced and celebrated alongside their parents.
The game will kick off with a bang—literally! At 6:55 p.m., the National Guard will fire the cannon, followed by some loud fireworks, marking the official start of the game. Fans can look forward to a spectacular fireworks display at the conclusion of the game, around 9 p.m.
Come out and support the Bearcats on this special evening as we celebrate our seniors and showcase their hard work and dedication. Don’t miss this exciting event packed with school spirit, tradition, and entertainment!
