MINDEN — The 34th Annual Minden Bandfest event featured 37 school marching bands in the parade and seven bands participating in the field competition.
The Minden Chamber of Commerce sponsors the event.
The bands that participated in the 34th annual Minden Bandfest parade included:
Junior High: Palmer, Central City, Arapahoe, Faith Christian, Blue Hill, Holdrege, and Minden
Class D: Loup City, Overton, Wilcox-Hildreth, Pleasanton, Medicine Valley, Chambers, Litchfield, Kenesaw, North Platte Catholic, SEM, and Axtell
Class C: Hastings St. Cecilia, Centura, Amherst, St. Paul, Arapahoe, Sandy Creek, Twin River, Gibbon, Alma, Superior, Hershey, Southern Valley, and Wood River
Class B: Broken Bow, Holdrege, Kearney Catholic, Adams Central, and Minden
Class A: McCook
Competing in the Field Competition will be: Superior, Hershey, Holdrege, Kearney Catholic, Adams Central, Minden, and McCook
