HOLDREGE — The Holdrege Area Early Childhood Partnership is excited to announce a new initiative in collaboration with local childcare providers: the “Adopt a Childcare Center” program.

This community-driven initiative aims to support our local childcare facilities by creating wishlists, each with a budget of $200, outlining essential items needed to enhance the quality of care provided to young children.

In a heartwarming show of community spirit, several local businesses and organizations have already stepped up to fulfill these wishlists, and the providers are overjoyed by the support! “Seeing our community come together to support our childcare centers is inspiring. Each contribution makes a real difference in the lives of the children we care for,” said a spokesperson for the Holdrege Area Early Childhood Partnership.

The partnership invites local businesses and families to join this initiative by “adopting” a childcare center. By purchasing items from the wishlists, participants can directly contribute to improving the resources available to children in our community.

“This holiday season is an excellent time to give back and support the hardworking childcare providers who play such a vital role in nurturing our young ones,” said the spokesperson. “Every contribution counts!”

If you are interested in adopting a childcare center this holiday season and helping to fulfill these important wishlists, please reach out to us at holdregeareaecp@gmail.com. Together, we can make a significant impact in our community and support the wonderful childcare providers who care for our children.
