Christmas decorations in downtown Kearney, (Brian Neben, Central Nebraska Today)
KEARNEY — The City of Kearney announces that Central Avenue from 25th Street to the north side of 24th Street; Central Avenue from the south side of 24th Street to the north side of 23rd Street; and Central Avenue from the south side of 23rd Street to the north side of 22nd Street will be closed beginning at 2 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2024.
The purpose of the closure is for the Downtown Christmas Walk. Setup for the Christmas Walk will begin at 2 p.m. with the Christmas Walk beginning at 4 p.m.
