KEARNEY — A Kearney man is facing first degree sexual assault charges in Buffalo County Court.
Raider Arabie, 24, is charged with first degree sexual assault, a Class 2 felony.
A preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 5 at 3:30 p.m. in Buffalo County Court. Arabie’s bail has been set at 10 percent of $250,000.
The affidavit detailing the charges has been sealed but the complaint states that the alleged offense took place on Jan. 10 at a residence in Kearney.
Arabie was booked into the Buffalo County Jail on Saturday, Jan. 11.
