KEARNEY — A female pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle near the intersection of W. 13th St. and Central Ave. during the evening hours of Thursday, Jan. 16.
The Kearney Police Department stated that the woman was pronounced deceased at CHI Good Samaritan ER.
The City of Kearney/Buffalo County Traffic Crash Response Team was called to assist.
This remains an active investigation, the driver of the involved vehicle is cooperating.
